Too Little Too Seldom

I haven't posted here in a shamefully long time. Lots has happened and nearly happened and I've knitted two more scarves and a baby surprise sweater. Scarf the second is safely on the neck of someone who really doesn't deserve it. Scarf the first, given to a dear new friend since the person who is was originally knit for didn't deserve it even worse than the person who got the second scarf. 

Scarf the third is completely deserved and being appreciatively worn almost certainly this very day as it's cold here which means it's freezing there (Canada). At least something of me has made it to Canada, even if I haven't. I do plan to rectify that very soon. Scarf the third is amazing, I designed the cable pattern myself and made it 10 or 11 feet long, or some such nonsense haha

I'll post photos of the baby sweater later. I am lacking certain comfort software for my pictures and getting that ONE picture you see there was ridiculously complicated and may have included being tricked into joining Gg+ to get pictures off my phone "easier" (which by the way was not true) so all that for naught. Anyway - good to see you again, all one or two of you that may stumble this direction.

I've started and restarted and ripped and tinked

This is the way of the lace with me

I'm making a red one for me for practice

That way I can get it right and

make all my mistakes using yarn much more sturdy than the

Jagger Spun Zephyr silk/wool for the stole

I'm making for my best friend - a much more lengthy project

Hopefully I can get it right soon, I don't know what I'm doing
